By using Bytloop Mail to send email, you agree to these rules. They exist to keep deliverability healthy for everyone on the platform — violating them is grounds for immediate suspension without refund.
You may only send mail to recipients who have given you explicit, demonstrable opt-in consent. Pre-checked boxes, "negative consent," passive consent, scraped addresses, and purchased lists are not permitted. You are solely responsible for ensuring consent under applicable law (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, etc.).
Every commercial message must include a working unsubscribe mechanism. You must honor unsubscribe requests within 10 days. Suppression lists are platform-managed — do not attempt to circumvent them.
You may not use Bytloop Mail to send: phishing or impersonation; malware or ransomware; illegal content; sexually explicit content; gambling; pyramid schemes, affiliate spam, or get-rich-quick offers; cryptocurrency token sales targeted to non-opted-in audiences. Content categories prohibited by the upstream deliverability providers we use to transmit mail on your behalf are also prohibited here and apply in addition to these rules.
Your account is subject to per-tenant reputation thresholds. Sustained bounce rates above 5% or complaint rates above 0.1% will result in automatic sending pauses. We will not unpause accounts without remediation evidence (list cleanup, source review).
You must publish valid SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records on every sending domain. Sending from unauthenticated domains is not permitted and will be blocked at platform level.
You must remove hard-bounced and complaining addresses from your lists. We do this automatically via suppressions, but you must not re-import or re-attempt addresses that have been suppressed. Importing a list with more than 5% role accounts (info@, admin@, support@, etc.) may trigger a manual review.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy or whose sending behavior threatens the platform's deliverability for other customers. Termination for cause is not refundable.
Report abuse to abuse@bytloop.com. Recipients who receive unwanted mail can unsubscribe via the message footer or contact our abuse address directly.
This policy may be revised. We will notify tenant administrators by email of material changes; continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
