Refund Policy

Version 2026-09-05

This page sets out how Bytloopbills, renews, and refunds subscriptions to Bytloop Mail (the "Service"). It restates sections 4 and 5 of our Terms of Service in one place; it adds nothing to them.

1. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle, or on the terms agreed at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms or required by law. All fees are exclusive of taxes.

2. Who you are paying

We use Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") as our Merchant of Record for global self-serve purchases. Paddle's checkout terms apply to those transactions, and Paddle collects and remits VAT/GST/sales tax on our behalf where applicable. Payments arranged directly with us (including Bangladesh bKash, Nagad, and bank-transfer settlements) are governed by our Terms of Service and any invoice we issue you. You are responsible for any tax obligations not handled through Paddle.

3. Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Access continues through the end of the current paid period — cancelling does not cut off the period you have already paid for.

4. Refunds

We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods. We may issue discretionary refunds for extended platform outages under our Service Level Agreement, which sets out the uptime commitment and service-credit schedule for paid plans. Statutory refund rights that apply to you are unaffected by this policy.

5. Free plan

The Free plan carries no charge, so nothing on this page applies to it. You can stop using it at any time.

6. Contact

For any billing or refund question, email hello@bytloop.com. If a purchase was made through Paddle, you may also contact Paddle directly using the receipt they sent you.

If anything on this page conflicts with our Terms of Service, the Terms govern.
